Benjamin Emrich-Müller was born in Germany in the eighties. Early on he gathered experiences in the visual storytelling world on small short film sets and later also on bigger productions at Bavaria Film in Munich and Peerless Camera Company in London.

After studying media and communication, Benjamin specialised in European film production and distribution during a one year atelier masterclass program of La Fémis in Paris and Filmakademie in Ludwigsburg.

For many years Benjamin has been working on film and video productions in different countries. His clients include, among others, B2 Talk Berlin, Zorro Films, Film Talents Paris, Tertulia Films, Flamerose MakeUp, Théâtre Transparent and Karoline Rose.

In 2014 he directed his first award winning short film Black Hole, which was licensed to the Swedish Educational Broadcasting Company (UR).

Having lived in Germany, France and Portugal for several years while constantly traveling, Benjamin recently started to explore still photography as an additional storytelling path.

Benjamin is currently working on a french produced documentary feature and several music videos while writing his second short film script.
